Randy
Randy joined Island Harvest in 2013 as our Human Resources Consultant and is now our Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for all of Island Harvest’s Human Resources and Safety. A true Generalist, Randy has over 40 years of Human Resources experience in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. Randy received a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and his MBA in Personnel Management from Pace University.
