How Matching Gifts Work

1: Check Eligibility

Search for your employer to see if your donation to Island Harvest Food Bank qualifies.  If you have not already made your gift, you can do so here.

2. Submit Your Request

Follow the instructions provided through the search tool or contact your employer’s HR department for details.

3: Multiply Your Impact

Once approved, your employer sends a matching gift to Island Harvest helping provide more food and resources to neighbors in need.

How do I make a request?
Search for your employer using the tool above. If listed, follow the instructions or complete the required forms. If your company requires a form, complete the employee section and email it to amanda@islandharvest.org.
What if I can’t find my employer?
Check with your HR or benefits department.
What donation methods are eligible to be matched?
Any donation that fits your employer’s criteria is eligible for matching, including donations made through donating stock, cryptocurrency or through a Donor-Advised Fund (DAF).
