Warehouse Coordinator – Uniondale-Part Time

Island Harvest is looking for a Part Time Warehouse Coordinator for our Uniondale location. Responsibilities include assisting with the loading and unloading of all vehicles, making sure that all food and donation are properly stored and accurate record keeping.

Ideal candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ warehouse experience, possess basic computer and organizational skills, communicate well both verbally and in writing, and have a strong grasp of time management. Candidates must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds, have the ability to adapt to change, be self-directed and work both independently and as an effective team member. Forklift certification is a plus.
