The Center for Volunteer Services

Student Leadership Council

The Student Leadership Council is a dynamic force that educates others by spreading awareness in schools throughout Long Island about hunger issues.  The Council strives to have one event every year in every school on Long Island.

The members of The Council are the future of Long Island.

they help our communities – and their peers – to learn about hunger and poverty and what we can do to fight hunger and change lives.  And they work with their friends and in  their schools to change Long Island for the better.  We invite students to join them – and us – now!
