National Association of Letter Carriers Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive

Through this national campaign, the United States Post Office asks residents to leave non-perishable food by their mailboxes for pickup by postal workers Food is then bought to a warehouse to be sorted and repacked for distribution. It is the largest single food drive in the country taking place in more than 10,000 cities and towns.
