11, 2013 — The New York Mets are once again teaming up with Island Harvest, Long
Island’s largest hunger relief organization, to score a “Home Run
to End Hunger.” Be a part of the action and join Island Harvest at Citi Field
on Wednesday, May 8 at 5:40 p.m. as the New York Mets take on the Chicago White
Sox.
This event presents a great opportunity for Mets fans to
enjoy the game from a private suite while contributing to Islands Harvest’s
effort to end hunger on Long Island. Tickets
cost $175 for adults and $145 for children under the age of 18 with
multi-ticket packages and sponsorships also available. Buffet and limited bar
service is included, and you get the opportunity to step right up and meet Mr.
Met! As an added feature to this year’s “Home Run to End Hunger,” a limited
number of owner’s box seats (located directly behind home plate) will be
available for purchase. Tickets are $600 for those looking to indulge in the
owner’s experience. These tickets include private catering, bar service and a
commemorative souvenir.
Tickets to this event are limited and sold on a first come
first serve basis. Those interested are urged to act fast, as tickets always
