Lincy Grant
Island Harvest is honored to receive a $100,000 grant
from the The Lincy Foundation to expand our store donation program.
This award will allow us acquire a tractor to pull our new 53’ refrigerated
truck container. Thank you Lincy Foundation and Feeding America!

Flanagan And Island Harvest Join Together In Fight Against Hunger
With A New 53 Ft Refrigerated Trailer
Senator John J. Flanagan (2nd Senate District) and Island Harvest President and Chief Executive Randi Shubin
Dresner joined together to unveil the organization's newest tool in their fight against hunger - a new 53' refrigerated
trailer. The new trailer, which was fully funded through an $80,000 grant Senator Flanagan secured, will allow Island
Harvest to transport perishable foods and to broaden its efforts to help those in need.
